psychotherapy

I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University, specializing in Mindfulness-Based and Transpersonal Counseling.

My approach blends both spirituality and evidence-based psychology, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. While I specialize in supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and intuitives, I work with anyone willing to dive deep in order to bring unconscious patterns into awareness, foster healing, and step into greater clarity and authenticity. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including transpersonal therapy, Gestalt therapy, Jungian analysis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness practices.

I believe in the power of a trusted therapeutic relationship, and through this foundation, I aim to support you on your journey toward personal growth and self-actualization. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, or spiritual crises, I strive to create a space where healing can occur, often uncovering the gifts and awakenings that emerge from difficult or traumatic experiences.

“Fire, after all, does not consume. It transmutes.”

Starting this fall, I will be seeing clients at Connections Counseling in Boulder. Please contact Connections Counseling directly to schedule an appointment.
