hikes for highly sensitive people (HSPs)

Biweekly | July-August
Boulder, Colorado

This summer, join our biweekly therapeutic hiking group for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), a space where sensitivity is seen as strength. These easy-moderate guided hikes are designed to support the mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of HSPs through nature connection, gentle conversation, and community support. Hikes will take place on alternating weeks beginning mid-July, with locations announced in advance.

What is a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)?

Do you feel easily affected by other people’s emotions?

Are you particularly sensitive to loud sounds, bright lights, or strong smells?

Do you need regular time alone to recharge?

Do you often notice details or subtleties others might miss?

If you answered "yes" to many of these, this group may be a good fit!

Highly Sensitive People process experiences deeply and are more attuned to subtleties in their environment. Common traits include heightened empathy, emotional sensitivity, strong intuition, and being easily overstimulated by things like noise, crowds, or bright lights. If you often feel deeply impacted by the moods of others or crave quiet, grounding environments, you may identify as an HSP

Each hike includes psycho-education on navigating mental health as an HSP, space for quiet reflection, optional check-ins, and led meaningful group discussion. Whether you're navigating anxiety, sensory overload, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself and others, this group offers a nurturing and accepting environment.

Spots are limited and advance sign-up is required. Come walk with us, reconnect with your nervous system, your intuition, and a community that gets it.
